Today was…
{2014}

Fine. I got a DP from a co-worker since I was asked to work all day for her tomorrow. It was long, slow, boring, frustrating, funny, entertaining, and relaxing. All rolled into almost 24 hours. I am quite tired though. I don't think going to bed early helps my case there.

Funny, since I worked on a Snow White birthday invitation for a customer today...but I think I'm going to invent a new dwarf, and his/her name with be Sarcastic. That about sums me up.

Where did you go today?

Well, goodness. this is a tough one. On a Tuesday? Where did I go? I took Greg to work, came home, went to work, picked up Greg, then back to the home. Same thing, every....single....day!

Habit Breaking

What habit of yours would you most like to eliminate?

Biting the dead skin from my lips, or licking my lips because they are constantly dry. It's so annoying, hurts my lips, and I'm sure is terribly unattractive. I need to stop that, like yesterday!

Photo: I should do a side by side comparison of my fingers from last year. I had a nasty ulcer on my finger this time last year, and happy to say I haven't had one since! Yay! #scleroderma Also I rarely paint my fingernails, but when I do, it's the brightest possible color. And another also, I am totally digging the time change. It had been so amazing to get out off work and not feel like it's 7:00. Love it. #thankyoudaylightsavings

I think in past years I was describing my current life in one word. I think that's easier to do than sum up the last 28.5 years. So my life currently: Disappointed.

Of course this is just in one aspect of my life, but it is affecting a lot of my feelings. Disappointment in decisions that were made, that really shouldn't have been. Disappointment in not getting answers. Disappointment for others. Disappointment for myself. Disappointment in the company I work for. Quite a bit of disappointment in that area.

What was the biggest headline in the news today, and what are your thoughts?

{2013} :: {2014}

I'm not sure it's the BIGGEST highlight, however it is pretty big for Wyoming fans. The men's basketball team won their conference, so they are going to the "big dance." First time since 2002 I think, so that's pretty neat. I guess. If you follow that type of stuff. Proud to be from Wyoming! (Especially since they beat USU in the opening round!)
