What was the last movie you saw in a movie theater?

{2013} :: {2014}

We went to see Mockingjay Part I, and I absolutely loved it! Greg, not so much, but for reals, I was quite impressed. Not what I expected, but it really was great.

Grocery List

What is on your grocery list?

I hate grocery shopping. It's one of my least favorite things in the world. We get basically the same thing week after week. Milk, bananas, bread, ice cream, yogurt, and occasionally a few other things.Thinking up a grocery list means thinking about what I want for dinner, which I really dislike doing. So, needless to say, I don't like this question!

Last Movie

What was the last movie you saw in a movie theater?

{2013}

 

Greg took me to see Catching Fire last Saturday. I have to say, it was so good. Book 2 was my favorite, and this movie was even better than the first. I was impressed. I love Jennifer Lawrence and even though I thought she looked worse with lots of makeup on, she did a great job. Greg was bored, but I enjoyed it.

Happy Holidays

What makes you happiest about the holidays?

 

I love the lights, the sound, and the joy and the holidays. I love sitting in the dark with just the Christmas lights on. I love most Christmas music and I'm sad it's only played (or viewed as being acceptable) for a month. I wish it was acceptable all year long. I also love giving and, yes receiving. Its just a beautiful time of year.

Three Things Today

Name the things you've done today.

1. Went to work and worked all day. Man that was tough. It's been a while since I've worked 8+ hours. I survived though. Don't you worry.

2. Came home and relaxed. Took a much needed bath to warm me up and relax me.

3. Went to the One Direction movie "This is Us." Oh my goodness. It was awesome. I already want to see it again. It was cool learning more about them and their personal lives. Plus they are hilarious and I love them. Thanks to Shaina for going with me! Seriously, I want to watch it again. Like now.

Questioning?

What are you questioning?

Why do I have to go to work tomorrow? We had the day off today and it was awesome. Despite forgetting to turn off my alarm and having it go off at 7:10, I got to go back to sleep for another almost two hours. So great. Now I'm wondering why I can't do that again tomorrow. Something about being a responsible adult I suppose.

I cheated a bit. But we also went to the movies today. Not the best movie ever, but maybe if I hadn't read the books it would be better.

Last Movie

seen in a theater....

We don't go to many movies in theaters. It's cheaper to just buy them used at Hastings when they come out on video, so the last movie we saw in theaters was The Dark Knight rises. We saw it July 24...and surprisingly there were only maybe 6 other people in the theater. I kind of liked that movie. A little long and dragged out in parts, but not bad overall.
